We install an AES-256 encrypted remote software onto a computer at the office. We work with your IT provider to ensure that we are able to configure the computer to our specifications.

We will send out a mini-PC to your office and coordinate with your IT provider to connect it to your network and install your practice management software.
While we do not use your specific Insurance Verification Form, we do offer a level of customizability to modify our standard Insurance Plan Notes to fit your practice.

We use a combination of EDI, insurance carrier portals, automated faxbacks, and voice calls to gather all of the information required for each plan.

We have invested a lot of time to streamline our onboarding steps to make the process quick and easy.
Each practice has a dedicated account manager for Dental Insurance Verification and Dental Insurance Billing. You will also be able to communicate with each account manager individually, if needed.
Since our account managers are employees, and not independent contractors, we are able to provide a high level of guidance to ensure a consistent client experience.
We use a ticketing system for all daily communications. Your account manager will notify your staff of anything requiring their attention. This notification is delivered via email and attached to a corresponding ticket.
You will also have access to our Practice Portal, which allows you or your staff to submit new tickets to your account manager, as well as view, reply, and track the progress of all existing tickets.
